  • WB was a merger with BVR SAC in 2012, becoming the leader of the Watch sector in the Peruvian market. It is the main distributor of international watch brands such as Fossil and all its brand portfolio (Michael Kors, Adidas, Armani, Skagen, Diesel, Skechers), Ice Watch and official distributor of Casio with annual sales, at the time, of US$ 12 MM, 72 points of sale and 170 employees in the company.
  • BVR SAC was the co-distributor of the Casio Watch brand and Braun on its electronics division. Naturalizer and Dr Scholls, on its footwear division. Kolkraft, Dr Browns, Tiny Love and Munchkin in its educational Toys and Stroller division. All these brands were left when WB merged with BVR SAC to focus on the watch business.
