• Regarding the labor area, responsible for all public matters (administrative law).

• Corporate and Business Area
  Review of general meeting minutes, review of administrative processes, review and drafting of national and international contracts, confidentiality agreements.
  Follow-up on procedures with INDECOPI, SUNAFIL, and Judicial matters.
  Formation of the company's board of directors.
  Procedures with INDECOPI, municipal procedures, notarial transactions.
  Preparation of minutes and public deeds.
  Conducting legal reports, attendance at hearings, hearing reports, follow-ups in the case management system, drafting contracts, loans, promissory notes, conciliation minutes, etc.
  The areas covered included corporate law, contractual law, administrative law, civil law, and competition law.
  Review and drafting of named and unnamed contracts, national and international contracts, as well as drafting of judicial documents.
  Notarial transactions: purchase and sale, legalizations, and drafting of minutes, including the elevation of public deeds.
  Processing of municipal permits and authorizations.

  Contract reviews, extrajudicial settlements, extrajudicial transactions.
  Procedures with INDECOPI, municipal procedures, notarial transactions.
  Preparation of minutes and public deeds.
  Conducting legal reports, attendance at hearings, hearing reports, follow-ups in the case management system, drafting contracts, loans, promissory notes, conciliation minutes, etc.

• User Guidance and Advocacy Area
  Claims procedures against Operating Companies, TELEFONICA DEL PERU, AMERICA MOVIL, VIETTEL, ENTEL PERÚ, etc.
  Awareness sessions for user orientation, complaints of non-compliance with TRASU (OSIPTEL court) resolutions, challenges regarding device blocking, submission of user documents to TRASU, etc.
  Assistance to users regarding second-instance procedures in their claims before OSIPTEL.
  Achievements: Development of a 99% target in user support during the pandemic, resolving non-compliance and complaints before TRASU of OSIPTEL virtually.

• Judicial processes for portfolios of BCP, SCOTIABANK, INTERBANK, administrative procedures of ITSE, notarial and registration processes.
  Drafting of contracts in the corporate and financial areas.
  Handling complaints before INDECOPI, assistance to claiming users.

• Responsible for responding to official letters from various public entities regarding registry publicity, reviewing archived titles, files, etc.

• Assistance to the Magistrate in drafting final orders, procedural follow-up of the cases under their responsibility, and all matters related to executive processes
