Sports, travelling, reading

As a student, I developed a passion for sports.  I was elected captain of the Field Hockey team in High School.  After I graduated, I was invited to become a member of the Peruvian Field Hockey Team.  The team participated in several panamerican championships in which Peru won a bronze medal on several occasions.

My second passion is traveling.  I have traveled to several countries in South America and the Caribbean while I was a member of the National Field Hockey team.  I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe as a tourist.  Needless to say that I have visited the United States many times to visit family for tourist purposes.

As a student in school, I was exposed and encouraged by my teachers to reading.  This provided the opportunity to expand my horizons.  I was also an Advanced Placement English student in my last two years of High School.
