Achievements

  • In 2022, a leading telecommunications company in Peru faced challenges due to a lack of governance vision for architecture and data. To address this, I developed a commercial solution that established a Technology Architecture Office, enhancing the company's data and architecture governance. This initiative provided a structured approach to data asset management and ensured alignment of architectural practices with strategic objectives.
  • I spearheaded the sale of the design, and development of the E-Commerce platform in 2021, which resulted in double-digit sales growth and significantly enhanced the organization's online revenue potential and customer engagement.
  • I successfully secured the sale of the Open API TM Forum Project for a telco company in 2021, concentrating on the design and development of APIs based on industry best practices and standards.
  • Secured the contract extension for the Agile Squads maintenance program in 2020 for a telco company, covering the B2C Portal, B2B Portal, Procurement Portal, and Public Portal. This whole initiative aimed to accelerate the introduction of new functionalities and enhance user experience.
