My job at Gemini is to connect clients with branding, cresting and advertisement for their respected businesses. I engage client with merchandise, signage and sometimes vehicle decals to help promote their business. Another part of my job is to ensure the client feels trusted with myself when making a purchase, and create an experience while they go through our business process. Everyday brings something new. Whether it be setting meetings with potential new clients, keeping current clients happy while offering new products that may draw their interest, and sometimes reconnecting with old client who may have not been in contact in some time. Customer Service is my number 1 goal when dealing with clients/customers to ensure they feel comfortable along the whole journey.
