• Provide information to leadership on the development of the training.
• Field supervision of correct operation in accordance with Stracon factory and company standards.
• Simulator training for OHT 794AC, WL 994k, D11, 7495, HEX 6060 immersive technologies.
• Indicate maintenance requirements, identification of technical failures and repair for Immersive Technologies simulators.
• Teach autonomy courses Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 for personnel entering autonomous mine operations.
• Teach Minestar course: "Terrain loading, dozer, Fleet, Command" to heavy equipment operators.

• Teach the course "Basic Operation Mining Truck 793F in simulator PRO3" to enrolled personnel.
• Development of performance indicators for trained personnel.
• Provide information on effective development of training with simulator.
• Indicate maintenance requirements, identification of technical failures and repair for Immersive Technologies simulators.

● Training of new CAT OHT operators from the ground up to the basic, intermediate and advanced level ( 777/785/793/794AC/797)

● Field supervision of correct operation according to Caterpillar standards.

● Development of performance indicators for trained personnel.

● Preparation of presentations of the different CAT OHT equipment for operator training.
