  • Managed categories: postpaid portability and renewal, prepaid, home services, accessories, marketplace, cross-selling, and upselling.

  • Lead the squads of Content, Non-paid channels, WhatsApp, Operations, and Analytic. Lead daily sessions and sprint reviews.
