Mi funcion principal es recibir llamadas de clientes latinos viviendo en USA y qe no puedan mantener una conversacion en el idioma ingles hacer una interpretacion correcta del mensaje hacia los clientes en este caso de servicios medicos como Medicais , Medicare o servicios sociales.

• I was working as an interpreter in different areas : Medical , legal , social services , customer service word by word and being the most accurate as possible
• Heavy volume of calls and providing excellent customer service with the client and the LEP.

• I was in charge of the maintenance department taking and receiving calls from the tenants requesting different services such as paint , plumber , snow removal and send the technician to the apartment to resolve the issues
