• Co-Founded a successful independent scholar Model United Nations (MUN) team by identifying the needs of several students who lack the opportunity to participate in these debates due to their school not having a team.
• Led the strategic planning process to define the goals of the team and ensure alignment across the members, their schools and their parents by elaborating a code of conduct and a consent letter each admitted applicant should firm before forming part of the delegation.
• Implemented an efficient application process in which each applicant should pass a personal interview and a practice conference to be admitted to the delegation.
• Developed trainings methods to improve the quality of hard and soft skills of the members that will enhance their performance in the different conferences they attend.

• Actively participated in the recollection of goods such as money, clothes, toys and furniture in the recollection points assigned to the districts of Lima.
• These goods are further delivered to a house were the non-profit organization offers asylum to persons with a mental or physical disability.
• The main recollection points I volunteered was in the Hispanoamerican Park at "La Molina" and the Street "Paseo del Bosque" at "San Borja".

• Founded the first volleyball team in Alpamayo School, forming a competitive team in order to register for school tournaments.
• Achieved first place in the 2023 ADECOPA (Asociación de Colegios Particulares Amigos) tournament in the men´s volleyball category.

Member of the debate team of the Alpamayo School following the debating format of the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC). Throughout my participation, we achieved best national escolar debating team in 2022 and the second place in 2023 awarded by the Peruvian League of Escolar Debate (LPDE) and the Center of Investigation for Educative Development (CIDE Didactica).

• Participated in a total of 11 Model United Nations conferences around the world both in-person and virtually.
• Formed part of the Alpamayo School MUN delegation and the Independent Students' Delegation (ISD) which has been recognized as the best high school MUN delegation of Latin America in 2023 and 2024 by Harvard University.
• Strengthened negotiation skills by actively participating in debates, drafting resolutions, and seeking consensus among diverse groups of representatives.
• Developed public speaking abilities through delivering speeches and presenting policy positions to large audiences at conferences.
• Collaborated with fellow delegates to draft resolutions addressing complex international problems, leading to successful adoption by relevant committees.

Functioned as the Under Secretary General of 2023 Alpamayo School Model United Nations which led me to several responsibilities such as:

• Organize the different committees and the topics of each one assigning a board of directors to each one.
• Set the schedule of the event and the logistics of were each committee was going to take place and also were would the opening and closing ceremony would be.
• Act as a supervisor of all committees to ensure they are following the rules of procedure and the delegates experience is adequate.
• Elaborated an official web page for the conference were each delegate could access the schedule and their committee study guides.

• Recollected money by organizing distinct activities inside and outside Alpamayo School to buy the materials for the construction of 12 houses in zones of need in Lima, Peru.
• Provided exceptional support for event management tasks, resulting in smoothly executed functions that helped in the fundraising process.
• Alongside "Proyecto Hogar", we went to Pamplona Alta, Lima to build 12 basic homes to families in need that did not have one in the span of 2 days of labor.

• Was elected by the department of science of Alpamayo School as the representative of high school in the Science Fair organized by the "Asociacion de Colegios Particulares Amigos" (ADECOPA).
• The project developed was in spanish in the field of chemistry with the main topic translated to: Investigation of the effect of sunlight exposure duration (0 to 5 hours) on the free chlorine concentration within an aqueous solution of trichloroisocyanuric acid (ATCC).

Assisted with the science delegation of the Alpamayo School as listeners who could make questions to the speakers. This conference aimed to bring together researchers, students and professionals from all around the world to share their latest findings in distinct areas of the field of genetics such as animal genetics, plant genetics, molecular genetics, medical genetics, etc.

Participated with the debate team of the Alpamayo school representing the country Botswana in the Disarmament and Security Council (DISEC). The topic discussed was "The risk of nuclear proliferation in the Middle Easte" debating with people from countries such as China, USA and Mexico to find a balanced resolution that represented all of the countries ideals. This experience broadened my horizons and granted me a more developed perspective of an international mindset.
