Lead the Manage Threat and Opportunities (MTO) process implementation and deployment, risk ranking prioritization, time frame solutions, action tracking and effective monitoring. Project management and MOC based on Reliability findings to improve Plant performance and availability. Predictive Maintenance software – Machine Learning - implementation for major critical equipment, identification of failure patterns and abnormal behaviors in early stage.
