• Created conversational bot for Microsoft Teams that interacted with QnA services using Sharepoint sites to help more than 40 squads to find useful information.
• Created self service Microsoft Power App and Power Automate that communicated with AWS API in order to create AWS Workspaces for more tan 2000 users.
