• Extensive knowledge of SDH, MW, and DWDM technologies, as well as equipment and devices used in microwave and fiber optic networks
• In-depth understanding of transmission and multiplexing principles, as well as the functionality of network equipment

Responsible for monitoring the mobile network of the Claro Peru operator, with additional responsibilities including:

. Supervision of scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities

• Management of subcontractors for Node installations
• Configuration of Cisco, Alcatel, and Huawei equipment
• Management of protocols: MPLS, BGP, OSPF
• Configuration of transmission (TX) equipment (Huawei OSN9800)

• - Logistics of energy equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• - Supervision of scheduled work on energy equipment (rectifiers, UPS's).
• - 1st level troubleshooting with issues related to energy equipment.
• - Coordination with field staff to attend to issues and maintenance of energy equipment.

• - Developed tools to test and configure new radio bases on the different mobile technologies around the country, getting easier and faster the deployment of new cells and sectors.
• - Daily check and correct the performance of the main network indicators until be up 95%
• - MOPS execution or schedule them to VM.
• - Rehoming BTS and Nodes B planning and execution.

• - Ensure compliance with the BackOffice Core Work Plan Data for our CLARO - PERU client.
• - Qualification of new Mobile Network services throughout the national territory.
• - Management of Requirements for the habilitation of mobile services.
• - Configuration of CORE equipment and transport mw in the Doral Network of CLARO.
• - Contractor management for the implementation of 2G, 3G and LTE services.
• - Coordination with the Head of the BackOffice Core Area Data for the programming of Implementation of new services.

• - Plan, design and execute the monthly work according to the operator in the optimization of its Mobile Network. Optimization field tests according to KPI's clients such as CLARO, ENTEL, MOVISTAR.
• - Post-processing of the tests carried out in the field, for the production of reports.
• - Manage and design Indoor solutions for corporate clients, to improve coverage within their establishments. Project Liquidation, direct deal with suppliers for solutions and optimization of coverage.
• - Maintain KPIs according to clients' requirements (HUAWEI, ZTE, NOKIA, ERICSSON). Strengthen relationships with our clients.
