• Oversee operations across 7 committees, supporting Chairs and staff in content creation, logistics, and delegate experience.
• Coordinate with a 100+ member staff to ensure high-level educational programming, inclusive delegate engagement, and smooth conference execution.
• Work closely with Georgetown faculty, high school advisors, and international participants to ensure academic quality and diplomacy-focused learning.

Led an Alternative Breaks immersion program with 10 participants to North Carolina and Kentucky, focused on economic democracy.

• Collaborated with local partners such as COAP and KNLT to raise awareness about labor and environmental justice issues.
• Facilitated group reflections and built the trip itinerary, while organizing pre- and post-trip meetings to encourage sustained participant engagement and learning.
• Cultivated a collaborative team environment, emphasizing active listening, cultural humility, and values-based leadership throughout the experience.

Founder and CEO of Sonrisas Navideñas, a student-led social impact campaign bringing joy to children and families in vulnerable conditions during the holiday season

• Launched the initiative in 2022 to support families camping outside Peru’s National Children’s Hospital by distributing dinner, presents, and other basic-need products while they awaited urgent treatment access
• Expanded the campaign in 2023 to organize a community Christmas event providing lunch and gifts for over 100 children with limited resources, supported through donations from schools, churches, and local organizations
• Led all aspects of planning, fundraising, logistics, and volunteer coordination to deliver meaningful, community-driven impact
