Processing New user equipment requests /processing Leaver data and equipment requests.
Providing support on production systems LearPICS, LPS, LFG.
Ensuring performance and availability of networking infrastructure, ensuring stability of LAN/WAN by proactive monitoring and resolving issues, to include Cisco switch configuration, fault finding and hardware upgrades.
Monitoring Avamar Backup processes.
Virtual Server monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure 100% uptime.
Ensuring all corporate requirements are delivered satisfactorily and on time.
Disaster recovery corporate compliance and failover testing practices.
Software license, inventory and hardware maintenance management.
General administration and housekeeping of hot swap equipment and materials in IT Storage
