While staying at home to raise our three children and manage the household while my husband worked full time I also assisted him off the books with some of the day to day operations of the property he managed for Killam Apartment REIT including:


- Answering the property cell phone to assist with arranging appointments for my husband to do unit showings, new leases, etc as well as fielding maintenance calls and reporting tenant needs to the appropriate people.


- Daily rounds to ensure that there was no garbage on the property and keep the "Curb Appeal" for both existing and perspective tenants.


- Cleaning of vacant units so that new tenants were met with a clean home that was move-in ready.


- Meeting with contractors to allow them access to units where repairs and/or renovations were occurring.
