Micro-segmentation Project for Perú B2B Sales Channel Restaurants and Bakeries:
The project had as main objective develop a micro-segmentation of customers oriented to the sales channel of restaurants and bakeries in order to increase sales, implementing sales recommendation systems and calculating growth potential of clients to develop multiple sales strategies. The project generated a 7% increase in sales equivalent to $28M in one year.
