My first professional experience was as a young apprentice at ESPRO, working for Uber. Soon after my apprenticeship contract ended, I had experience teaching English to young people and adults. I've always had a great passion for Uber, and when I saw the possibility of returning I applied. I currently work as a Costumer Service Specialist at GL Recife, and I'm very passionate about my work.
I consider one of my main qualities to be that I'm a patient person, I know how to deal with conflicts very well and I can manage them.
I find it very easy to learn and to pass on the knowledge I've acquired to other people. A great example of this is my career at Uber, where I have grown and learned a lot as a professional, and I have the opportunity to take this learning to the new young apprentices, helping them to develop professionally.
