• Setting up project meetings aiming to agree project content for every model year.
• Support of project budgeting making sure all planned costs are captured and budget is agreed by senior management.
• Planned, designed and scheduled phases of larger projects followed by critical review of project timing plans, identification of risks and risk management.
• Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work making sure the order is aligned with big picture.
• Run weekly cross departmental production plan reviews aiming to minimize delay, identify trends in delay reasons, initiate improvement plans both at suppliers and internal.
• Facilitate weekly spare parts meetings, to ensure that series production is supported with availability of spare parts at the right time.

Main achievements:

• Successfully project managed introduction of new gravel bike brand Rondo to the market. From early concept phase down to post series production quality improvement plans. In 6 years of overseeing operations and projects the company grew from 14 members of staff to 60 members of staff and annual production quantity rising from 9K to 25K.
• In 2020 led efficiently voluntary product recall of Rondo Mutt models ensuring minimal damage to brand, no exposure to business from legal point of view and keeping end customer safety always as most important. Personally responsible for daily communication with affected customers (international distributors of Rondo) until case was resolved.

Acted as main point of contact between the Project Team and Powertrain & Chassis teams. Responsible for Bentley Mulsanne and Bentley Continental projects.

• Supporting project budgeting at start of the project making sure all costs are captured and communicated to project team including risks.
• Representing Powertrain & Chassis department at weekly Project meetings, Module meetings, meetings with Logistics and Purchasing.
• Communication of project requirements internally via weekly project meetings ensuring resources are allocated to allow completion in required time.
• Supported resolution of quality problems with cars on the market by creating contingency plans, securing budgeting and resources and ensuring work is prioritized over future projects.

• Collecting status from team members and presenting it weekly in form of a brochure.
• Collecting updates on completed tests and updating testing reports.
• Preparing Engineering Change Notification documentation and collecting signatures from all required departments.

• Managing team of 10 members of staff, offering bank account to Polish speakers.
• Ensuring all bank norms and standards are met, which required keeping log of training dates, performing monthly 1:1 meetings and side by side coaching.
• Dealt with dissatisfied customers always aiming to save relationship and retain them.
