My first job title was 'Agent', my role was to redirect calls to the different interpreters according to languages offered by the company and requested by the clients
After 8 months with the company received my training course and became a certified interpreter in 2018, at the beginning handling calls for 911 emergency service, tv and cable companies, detention centers, autoinsurance representatives, customer service line for reknown stores (Target, Wallmart, Wallgreens, King soopers just to name a few), City Hall representatives, Department of Health and Human services, Child services, Department of Labor and much more
After that I took an advanced course to learn medical terminology and became a medical interpreter for audio and video calls for the rest of the years I worked for the company
