PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Montpellier in France, MBA from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, and bachelor's degree in Naval Maritime Sciences from the Peruvian Naval Academy. Visiting professor at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie (IUT) de Béziers in Montpellier and at the Universidad Vasco de Quiroga in Morelia, Mexico, with valuable international experience. Scholarship holder of the Erasmus Mundus Program, sponsored by the European Community and the French Government. Over 15 years of leadership and international relations experience in the university sector, specializing in university internationalization, national and international cooperation networks, technical cooperation for development, educational diplomacy, and project management. Expertise in signing international agreements, facilitating academic mobility, and establishing collaboration networks on a global scale. Deep understanding of international systems and trends in Higher Education demonstrated through doctoral thesis titled 'The Institutionalization of the World-class University discourse in the Peruvian Higher Education System: Case of the Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo Catholic University in Chiclayo – Peru'.
